HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED TO ORDER?
When you place your order, a $50.00 deposit is required for all class rings.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE PAID OFF?
In most cases, the class ring is paid for when rings are delivered at school. However, many students choose to use our interest free layaway payment plan. (See rep for the paying period which can be customized to fit your budget)

HOW MUCH WILL MY RING COST?
Herff Jones has the widest range of prices to offer high school students. Simply select the style class ring you want in either 10K gold, 14K gold or Ultrium. Karat Gold rings are available in Yellow or White Gold.

WHAT IF I MOVE TO ANOTHER SCHOOL OR MY GRADUATION YEAR DATE CHANGES?
Herff Jones will make you a new ring, at No Charge, in exchange for your original ring.

WHAT IF MY FINGER GROWS?
Resizing your class ring is done free of charge. Your Lifetime Warranty will cover a re-sizing at any time.

Parents probably remember just a few designs with very few features. Today’s students, with so many activities, want to be able to choose from different styles, features, and stone options. This allows the student to truly personalize his or her ring.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY CLASS RING OR IT IS STOLEN?
Herff Jones is the only company that has a replacement policy called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM. The CSP Plan is available to you at no additional cost at the time you place your order. If your ring is lost or stolen within four years from date of purchase, you have the opportunity to receive a duplicate ring for a nominal fee based on your ring metal quality.

HOW DO I FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM?
We have an Easy Order guide to help you get started. Because of time, and to be courteous to your fellow students and parents, PLEASE fill out as much as possible prior to ordering at your school. Leave blank any area you do not understand. We will be happy to complete your order form at school.

HOW WILL I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
We will size you when you place your order. Your ring should be slightly “snug” as it passes over the knuckle. Do not allow for growth; remember your Lifetime Warranty will cover a re-sizing at any time, if needed

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY RING COMES IN?
You will be contacted when our sales representative will be at your school to deliver your class ring, as well as the balance owed at that time.

HOW DO CHECK THE STATUS OF A RING REPAIR?
Ring repairs or resizing take approximately 4 weeks. We will call you when you ring has been repaired.
