Please review your order carefully. You have 3 business days from the time you place your order to make changes or cancel your order. After 3 business days, all deposits are non-refundable.
If the student does not graduate, a refund will be issued to the student for the amount paid less the cost of any pre-delivered items and personalized items ordered. Taxes, Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Our office must be notified in writing prior or the graduation date. No refunds will be issued after June 1st. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be issued.
